Marilyn invited to speak at ATD Conference

Marilyn was an invited speaker at the Association for Talent Development International Conference in Atlanta, GA on May 21, 2017. Her presentation was “Negotiate Like Your Life Depends On It…Because It Does.” Marilyn was interviewed by Sue Kaiden, ATD Manager, Career Development Community of Practice, to discuss appropriate times to negotiate, the necessary steps to negotiate salary with an employer, helping women negotiate, the types of things that can be negotiated, and how to conduct a successful negotiating meeting, whether for salary, benefits, or any type of negotiating.
