Helping You Make a Successful Career Transition

Do you wake up every day with a song in your heart, excited to go to work, or do you have trouble getting out of bed because the music has died? When you’re using your natural skills, talents and abilities, and your work is valued, work will be fun, not drudgery. It will be the song, and you will be the singer. Take a moment to imagine working in a position that fulfills your goals and adds meaning to your life.

When was the last time you asked yourself how satisfied you are with your career?

Please answer these questions honestly for yourself:

  • Are you unhappy in your job, yet also fear changing jobs?
  • Are you concerned with losing your job and not knowing what you would do next?
  • Do you feel that you can’t relate to your boss?
  • Have you recently lost your job due to downsizing, outsourcing, restructuring, mergers or acquisitions?
  • Do you have a need to do something different that’s more challenging and rewarding?
  • Are you being pressured to retire at a time when you’re not financially able or emotionally ready to stop working?
  • Are you a junior or senior who doesn’t know what you’ll do after graduation?
  • Are you going through a separation or divorce and need to find employment?
  • Are you at a point in your career where balancing work and family is a real goal, not just rhetoric?
  • Are you underpaid for the work that you contribute?
  • Do you just need a change?

If you answered Yes to any of these questions, take the first step to find the answers & take charge of your career.
